Concha Bullosa Surgery
We call it “ the middle turbinate” where is in the middle section of the internal structure of the nose and forms the entrance wall of the duct leading to the sinuses. Frequent headaches, recurrent episodes of sinusitis and nasal obstruction symptoms are seen if the middle tribunate is large or expanded with the air in the skeletal structure. It is also called Concha Bullosa; The skeletal structure of the middle turbinate is filled with air (air cyst) and cause narrowing the sinus and nasal airways.
